These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "Account Holder") and 7cgame ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 7cgame online casino and sports betting platform available at https://7cgame.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing a wager on 7cgame, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. All such supplementary terms are incorporated herein by reference.
1.3 7cgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.1 The 7cgame platform is strictly for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Registration by, or provision of services to, any person under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. 7cgame may request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be held by a minor will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned subject to verification.
2.2 By registering on 7cgame, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and that your participation does not contravene any local, national, or applicable international law.
2.3 It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 7cgame platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. 7cgame makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate in all locations. Users in Pakistan are reminded to familiarise themselves with applicable local laws before registering.
2.4 7cgame reserves the right to restrict access to the platform from any jurisdiction at any time without prior notice.
3.1 To access real-money gaming on 7cgame, Users must create an account by providing accurate, current and complete personal information including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid mobile number or email address.
3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) 7cgame account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different identities, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.3 7cgame operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with standard international online gaming compliance practices. Users may be required to submit copies of valid government-issued identification (CNIC, passport) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by 7cgame may result in restriction of deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay access.
3.4 Account holders are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their login credentials. 7cgame shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account arising from the User's failure to protect their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to 7cgame support immediately.
3.5 7cgame reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without providing a reason, subject to the return of verified real-money balances where applicable.
4.1 7cgame accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Supported payment methods may change at any time.
4.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered 7cgame account holder. Third-party payments are prohibited. 7cgame reserves the right to void winnings and return deposits made from third-party accounts.
4.3 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the cashier. Limits may vary by payment method, account tier, and VIP status.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable limits. KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed. 7cgame aims to process verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
4.5 7cgame does not charge fees for standard PKR deposits or withdrawals. However, the User's payment provider (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or bank) may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7cgame bears no responsibility.
4.6 7cgame reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline any withdrawal pending completion of verification checks, investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity, or for any other reason permitted under these Terms.
5.1 7cgame may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published at the time the promotion is offered. Supplementary promotion terms form part of this Agreement.
5.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the promotion terms.
5.3 Bonuses may only be claimed once per household, shared device, IP address, or payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise. Attempts to claim the same promotion multiple times will result in cancellation of the duplicate bonus and may result in account suspension.
5.4 7cgame VIP cashback credited under the loyalty programme is real PKR and is not subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms.
5.5 7cgame reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of its withdrawal will have their participation honoured subject to the original terms.
6.1 All casino games on 7cgame operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are available in the respective game information panels.
6.2 Each game on 7cgame is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with game rules before placing wagers.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during a game round, 7cgame will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. 7cgame's decision regarding disputed game outcomes shall be final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7cgame and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. 9.1 All content on the 7cgame platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, and software — is the property of 7cgame or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 7cgame content without express written permission.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 7cgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the User's access to or use of the platform, including but not limited to gaming losses, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 7cgame's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 7cgame does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily restrict access to some or all platform features.
11.1 7cgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the platform interface, registered email, or registered mobile number. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication. Continued use of the 7cgame platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 7cgame operates. Users are responsible for compliance with their own local laws.
12.2 In the event of a dispute arising from these Terms or the use of 7cgame, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through 7cgame's support team. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with the governing jurisdiction's procedures.
12.3 7cgame's decisions on game outcomes, account balances, and bonus eligibility shall be final and binding unless demonstrably erroneous.
